ABOUT AMANDA SHACKLETON
Amanda Shackleton (born in Sydney, Australia) is a Melbourne-based emerging photographer. Shackleton's photographic works are of a documentary nature, exploring varying subject matter, most recently, the relationship between people and their smartphones.
Shackleton graduated Photography Studies College in Melbourne, Australia with a bachelor of photography majoring in Photojournalism. her work has been featured online and in print in The Northsider Newspaper, Trail Runner Magazine, Darebin News, The Loop and the PSC Blog. Group shows include the PSC Summer Exhibition, Photography Studies College, Melbourne (2013-2015) and Picture This, Brunswick Street Gallery, Melbourne (2012) (Finalist).
Shackleton has assisted for Simon Schluter, Ric Wallis, Ripe Studios and Image Play Studios and her freelance clients include patient wolf gin, Darebin Council, Perfect South Tea, The Northsider and various corporate clients.
